I had a dream that I was somewhere with Marianna and some other people..... seems like we were carpooling, and we were singing "Eternal Flame" for some reason.  Reminded me of the time we were all singing on the way home from the JCF retreat.  I also had a dream somewhere along the line about waking up at 2:00.... so I was pretty glad that I woke

what are you doing for christmas?

Tonight there is a Christmas concert at my church, so I'm going there and I'll be spending the night. Tomorrow I am going to teach some Japanese kids in the church youth group how to make no-bake cookies. I'm not really sure what I'll be doing the rest of the week but I have church on Sunday morning so I am just going to spend a few nights there until then and then come home on Sunday night. I'm not really sure what I'll do in the city if I leave the church but I might get my hair done or something. I'm glad they're letting me stay at the church because the #1 thing for me was not wanting to be spending Christmas alone in my apartment.

Well, back here, we all might be snowed in for Christmas. Winter Storm "Bertha" is going to drop 1-2 feet of snow on Minnesota, and I think the LP of Michigan is getting it pretty bad too.

Will you have internet access at the church? If so, I might be able to "keep you company" for an hour or two tomorrow. That all depends on old Bertha, of course. Plans COULD change drastically.

I have no idea if there will be internet there. I'm going to try to focus on living net-free for a few days and maybe I can concentrate on doing some stuff I've been putting off. Merry Christmas, though! Hope you have a good one.

Merry Christmas to you too! I will be gone until Sunday myself (Monday for you) with all of the extended-family Christmas parties. Still, a big part of me wants to spend Christmas with you, Masa, April, Sarah, Amy, Patty, Lis, and the rest of the gang. Will you get to see any of them?

I don't know about anyone else but Amy is going to Tokyo with Adam and Lanon. I got Adam's number from her so if I go to Tokyo next week I might meet up with them. I don't know what I'll do yet, though.
