I think that sounds pretty yummy. What kind of squid? The like huge pieces cut up? I've only had calamari and the little tiny ones in an Italian dish.

I just bought fried (breaded) squid rings at the store and put them on it. Probably the same as calamari. I hadn't had any of them in ages and the store sells them pre-made so I impulsively bought them. They mark all the pre-made stuff down at the end of the day :D

I don't think I've ever tasted squid, but mushrooms are kind of plain to me. Still so many different foods I need to try!

I love mushrooms. I often just saute them and have them as a side dish. I like asian cultures for having different varieties of mushrooms. Enoki mushrooms are a win.
