The only thing I do sort-of like your list is using odd and archaic forms of words. As in 'arriven' instead of 'arrived' (it's drive/driven, not drive/drived!), and Latinising endings which aren't (the Latin feminine of operator would be operatrix, and the plural of that operatrices, compare dominator/dominatrix/dominatrices). And mixing things up with other languages (calling a teaspoon a 'stir-zeug' -- "stirring thingy" in bad German).
I do often use LOLCAT in ordinary speech, though, which annoys some people. I find it very hard going into McD's or the canteen at work to /not/ say "I can haz cheezburger plz?" (I frequently use the "I can has X?" and "I has a X" constructs).
As a New Englander I do use wicked a lot to mean very. Such as 'That is wicked awesome!' or 'I am wicked hungry'. It seems to annoy non-New Englanders *Shrugs*
I also have the tendency to say 'yo momma' at random points in time for no apparent reason.
