there's a sweet space i found three blocks from a's house. it's a studio space in a yard of industrial buildings housing other similar spaces. 500 sq feet, 500 bucks plus utilities. there is a sink but no bathroom in the space that's available, only the community bathroom. not supposed to live there but it is 24 access and it's my space to make

like you found the place. there could be others, but the way you're describing this one, it sounds kind of perfect.

Could you sublet it until January? Do you know anyone that needs some temporary space? Even if they don't pay you the whole $500 a month, it could help.

Do you know of any good screenprinting primers online? My Hun bought a kit for me, and I once learned how to screenprint, but I'd like tips before I chance ruining anything.
