It said something similar when the law in the UK was changed to make it illegal to discriminate against gay people trying to adopt. In that case it announced it would have to close its adoption services. It was told there could not be exceptions to people's rights under UK law. They closed (most) of their adoption agencies. As far as I know, no-one actually noticed. They still whinge about it, but they have no chance of success.

After all, the RCC was contracted and paid for these services. DC can find a secular charity.
