Yes, on all counts! She was awesome last night; you could tell that she's waaay better w/teh extra weight, too. Speaking of extra weight, she had none. That's marathon runner/bodybuilder levels of body fat there at 145. She was probably starving herself to death and losing muscle on purpose when she had to make 140 ( ... )
