I am trying to distract myself from the fact that I am currently missing Arabella's wedding, which is taking place across the country right now. Everyone is there but me and I am really rather upset to be missing the wedding of one of my best friends. It really really SUX

I don't know, I'm personally ambivalent about weddings since people feel free to ask, "So, are you next?" No one asks that at funerals, thankfully. I am peeved that I didn't get an invite to the bachelor party, though - I may have to reconsider Devin's status as my Steward. :D

And your post reminded me of the most important thing, entertainment-wise, on my to-do list this year: finally watch Doctor Who. BK burned me the first season and a half since the 2005 revival a whole back.....

I remember reading old nurse books about how people were in bed for a week after their appendectomies, I was shocked when they had me out of bed right away, lol. I feel you on kids programming today >.<

You know that song, something about hey you get off of my cloud? I sing that to my son, only it's hey, you, get off of my lawn. :D

Yeah, my mom had hers out when she was a kid and spent a week in the hospital. But my aunt had hers out a couple of years ago and was home in three hours.

You were really, REALLY missed. Which probably makes you feel crappier, but siriusly, there were several times during the evening where I longed for Moey (most noticeably during "I Can't Fight This Feeling"). It was a beautiful wedding, and more detail later. Maybe I can re-enact it for you via interpretive dance in person in a week or two...
