ACK! (I Need a Bill the Cat Icon)

The only reason I'm not completely freaking out right now is I took two one (two small) shot(s) of Jager. (I have no wine.) I am self-medicating my anxiety.

I'm having one of those days months. I can't dig myself out and just when I think I do I just F up stuff even more. It's kind of like when you are late and you rush around and you drop ( Read more... )

I think the Doctor has a prescription for your anxiety. I suggest at least two episodes...for warm, relaxed goodness.

Make a list, and make it a week long list. And then be systematic? Thats what I do when I am feeling this way (and it happens a LOT).

and contains things like:

bath
watch ghost hunters
read chapters 6-8 of book
