He was forcibly administered the APTX4869 as a result of the Black Organisation finding out that Kudo Shinichi and Miyano Shiho were still alive. His current 'mission' is to spy on them, since he didn't die.
He currently lives with his younger cousin, Ryou Bakura - who now looks older than him by far. He has a Duel Monsters deck mainly based around crows. Yata-Garasu, his Spirit Partner, randomly summons itself. Either to protect its master or simply make a nuisance of itself.
He is totally not learning how to like Haibara in a non-unhealthily obsessive way. Oh no.
This Gin is a plant type kitsune, who chooses to go by his original of Akio name whenever possible.
The only reason he's in the Organisation at all is because he figures it's the quickest and easiest way to topple them - from the inside - for the crime of their killing a friend of his nearly twenty years ago.
