“How is she?” Helena asked Dinah not because she couldn’t see the condition the red head was, but because she had to say something.
Dinah just shook her head and continue to caress Barbara’s hair. The younger woman hadn’t say one word after her father’s funeral and she didn’t even protest when Dinah lift her up from the chair and laid her to the bed.
“I’m going to find him!” Helena stormed out of the room, giving Dinah no time to protest. Not that she would. The clown had to pay for his crimes.
“Babs?” Dinah whispered to the redhead's ear, “Please come back to me.”
