Also, did you read Lana's latest interview? I love how she said that neither Cora NOR HENRY SR were good parents. I feel like a lot of Regina haters go like, "Omg Henry's father was so kind to her blah blah and yet she killed him, she's evullll." And I'm like... What. He friggin stood by while Cora abused Regina.
She loves Henry without condition and asking Emma if Henry knows that she loves him hurts to damn much! YES YES YES YES YES. Because jfc, Regina loves that kid with ALL HER HEART. And he doesn't seem to see it most of the time (though that's because Henry's a plot device, but we won't go there). What hurts for Regina even more is probably that despite all the things Cora has done to Regina, she still can't help but love Cora. And yet Henry? To Regina, for most of the season, it didn't seem like Henry loved her.
ADFJKLFAD so many feelings. So many things like this make me love Regina.
Ok so breath. We are back for a third season and Lana said she started filming again in July so I don't think she dies. Else we all quit watching and the show fails. Our Queen will be back.
The only good thing Henry Sr did for his daughter-and he didn't want to, mind you-was give her heart to her. Henry Sr was a father to name only. He could be right beside her or in a galaxy far far away and it wouldn't make a difference.
Henry is THE plot device, but even that doesn't stop me for dislike his character with the burning passion of a thousand suns.
Oh, his dad that he only knew for two weeks died? Of course he's going to cry like a little bitch. What? His mom saving Emma and Snow's ass absording all that black magic into her system with the possibility of a painful dead? See ya!
I just can't with Henry. And that's why Regina's love for his hurts so freaking much. Because she doesn't know if her son loves her, but she's willing to die for him.
And the little shit will suddenly remember that he has a mom that was there for him all his life.
Argh, I hate Emma for telling her what they know who Regina always going to be because no, Emma, no you don't! Stop being such a Charming and open your freaking eyes!
And, if Regina survives, open your mouth girl and start talking! No one, and I mean no one has been through more shit than Regina and no one knows!
And of course she's going to be in peace because no one cares about her and if dying means that the little shit will remember her as good then be it!
I liked that Regina pretty much echoed what Emma told her that day - that she will always be who she has been, people like her never change. I do forgive Emma for it, mostly because it was spoken in a moment of rage and fear, but it clearly cut deep (Emma was the only person willing to believe she could be something other than the Evil Queen, earlier) and Emma has to know that.
Emma wanted to hurt Regina because of course the memories of a dog win over the memories of a person. If Emma could only bring that dream catcher to Regina...But she's Emma Charming this season not Emma Swan. The Emma I fell in love with the first season would laugh at the plan and try to find some real evidences.
But yeah, Emma has to learn that words cut deeper than the sharpest knife. The only probelm is that Regina doesn't act well when hurt. Emma (and the others) need to realize that as well.
