This was great. Such a touchy subject, especially for Babs, but she's pragmatic enough to use her experience to teach Tim, presumably so that he can do good - and Tim is such a good student, such a dedicated learner, and such a good actor.

Tim is very good at everything he does, but he knows that some people know more than he does. ANd he's not afraid to ask for help.

And Barbara is rational enough to know that Tim didn't mean to hurt her.
