Modest summer work clothing for a short and fat gal

I feel like I'm asking for a miracle here!  I've gained weight (about a size 20 right now) and moved to a warmer climate, so I'm in desperate need of summer weight clothes!  At least half-length sleeves on shirts, neckline can be dealt with using tanktops, not really fitted.  Either pants or long skirts (I'm short, so 34 inches is ankle length ( Read more... )

I don't know what your price range is, but I'd recommend the stores on OneStopPlus if you're on a budget. I find it easier to go to each individual website, but ymmv.

I'm also all about Old Navy. They're XXL size is very forgiving (I range in size between 18-20, depending on what the outfit is and how soon it is after lunch! **LOL**) and I find I can things that fit. Plus, a lot of their material is really lightweight, which makes it friendly for warmer climates.

macabi skirts are a dream for me. they have 3 lengths and are good for traveling.
