ok 2 questions, one why is there a thing on lj that says "Frank says "bahhh" and then there is a goat above it? Its very random. ok 2nd, why do ppl (mainly girls) put these little and symbols (&) before titles and such. not once mind you but 2 or 3 times. they are breaking so many "laws of english" i mean first they start the sentence w/ and plus
