I'm sorry though, I don't think I know for sure what city that is in number 30. I got the image from http://www.sxc.hu. It's where I get most of my stock images. I tried looking for it, but I had no luck. Very sorry.

Well, I'd be glad to do a tutorial for a few of them! Though I'm sure you can check out the following tutorials as well to help you out. If I remember correctly, I based my brightening on these tutorials.
