Does anyone else feel like you can't get good fanfiction anymore? Shoebox Project is...nearly dead and gone, and the last time someone updated ANY Slade/Terra fanfic, it was an OOC songfic I couldn't read more than 4 lines of.

I am sad :C

*splutters**hides under desk* Flatter, you! Still, it's no good when you go looking for stuff to read only to find your stuff's it. :/ This is my problem for another, but much smaller fandom. Only ONE other person ever wrote for it. It's...really sad. Also, it doesn't help when I'm trying to do a manifesto only to come up with a meager handful. The clincher is that there's really popular story...that has terrible spelling. Like, they spell Cyborg Cyborge. And she's completely unrepentent about it and totally comes off as her being lazy. It'd be insulting to ignore her (she's big enough for the pairing) but I really want the better stories nominated.

I WEEP I TELL YOU, WEEP. I'm going to go listen to the Shoebox episodes on PFW now. Depreeeeeessssssssssssssing.

EEEEWWWW. Spelling errors are the bane of my existence! If there's a glaring error in one of the first few paragraphs, I get outta there as soon as I can >.< I never find out how good the story is because I can't get into it, I'm do busy thinking about whatever it was that was wrong.
