not to mention the fact that they photoshopped her body so much, it only emphasizes her large head:body ratio making her look ridiculous!

The large head:body ratio is coming from the angle of the photographer's camera. He/She is clearly shooting from a slight turn downward, judging by where her ears/hips/etc are aligned with how they'd be if a photographer shot from an average length, or their usual choice; shooting upwards. Shooting downwards gives her a funny look and makes her look much shorter. Of course, yes, it's touched up, but most of it is due to the poor angle of the camera.

her head and body proportions just don't work, what happened! is she thinner than ever or was the photoshopping just that bad? hair doesn't help.
