Plotting points on maps is, I have to say, a very mySociety-style activity

I love plotting things on maps - I think that's one reason I like mySociety stuff so much.

Yep, it's definitely the cases that most mySoc projects have maps either explicitly involved, or cleverly used behind the scenes.

Yes, definitely, anywhere strongly location-based and with action that moves around a bit. Dubliners springs to mind - I bet that's been done.

Ooh, it was probably Ulysses I was thinking about, wasn't it?

How do they do the dot of the question mark then? I hope the end has the protaganists going underground, or catapulted over the required amount of ground, only top emerge at the right spot. ;)

Brilliant idea! I've used Streetview to research settings, and I'm sure books of the future will include interactive maps.
