I really hope they will get more love because they are so precious and they have potential. Just because they got off to a not-so-good start doesn't mean they deserve any less than other groups.

4minute is a Korean girl group under CUBE Entertainment. Their name is supposed to represent that they will capture the hearts of their listeners in under 4 minutes, but it seems they've gotten the grammar somehow screwed up...that's okay. The group debuted with their  "candy-funky"-style (= RIPPED LEGGINGS) single, HOT ISSUE on June 15, 2009. This style had some people saying that they were copying 2NE1. They won the Rookie of the Month award for August 2009. At the end of August, they released their first mini-album, titled For Muzik. (Super upgrade from Hot Issue). After promoting their title track, MUZIK (during which they received 2 awards), 4minute also promoted What A Girl Wants. Near the end of these promotions, they released a Christmas song, Jingle Jingle, a collaboration with fellow CUBE artsts Mario and AMEN. In January 2010, Hyunah began solo promotions with her song, pelvic thrusts CHANGE, featuring Junhyunf from BEAST. Then, in February-March, 4Minute as a whole went on an Asian tour to Thailand, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and finally Japan, where they released a Japanese version of Muzik. In between all this madness, they also managed to get in a few CFs, like their Dasarang Chicken CF and Vegemil (WTF?), released a song for the God of Study OST, Dreams Come True, and worked with Amerie in a remix of her song, Heard 'Em All. In mid-May, they made their Korean comeback with HuH, their title song off their EP Hit Your Heart.
4minute's fanclub is called 4NIA, which is a mix of "4minute" and "mania."

- NamJiJi is the forgotten motherly leader of 4minute. She is often neglected on stage since she gets about 2 lines per song and is rarely in the front. But when she does get in the front, SHE GETS ALL SEXY. (She's so underrated T_T)
- She is also the "official" mother of the group (Jiyoon is the dad), but she has secret affairs with Hyunah.
- She had never done any CFs/promotions before debut
- She auditioned for/was a trainee of JYP Entertainment.
- She has an awesome eye smile.
- She is confident in her no makeup face.
- She loves talking to fans and cares a lot about them, telling them to care for themselves during flu season and stuff.
- She is a fan of Rain.
- She is the tallest member.
- She is the most innocent looking (according to the members <--idk about that ;X)

- She can't dance She's not bad lol. She just gets lazy and doesn't do the moves.
- She loves elephants and she wants to ride one.
- She has awesome airport fashion.
- She has nice graduation pictures.
- She's watched Ninja Assassin
- She gets called Goddess Gayoon by some fans.
- She gets teased about her BB Cream.
- On an episode of Star Golden Bell, she was chosen to be the one the guys like most.
- She likes to sing with her hand across her neck or chest.

- She LOVES her sunglasses (hence the name "Jun/Jeonglasses")
- She was best friends with Gayoon during their trainee days (SSANGYOON: see above part with Gayoon). They are still always together. :D
- She is the father of the group.
- She farts (according to Gayoon)
- She likes to yell into the mic.
- She gets rather loud when showing her "aegyo."
- She has also watched Ninja Assassin.
- She's not a tomboy; she just tends to laugh like a boy.
- During Hot Issue promotions, she sometimes forgot to take off her sunglasses before going to bed.
- She is a huge fan of Beyonce and she wants to sing as well as her. She sang If I Were a Boy predebut. I think she also loves Rihanna too, because she did a cover of Umbrella and Russian Roulette.

- She used to be in the Wonder Girls until July 2007 when her stomach problems (chronic gastroenteritis) caused her to leave. Her parents wouldn't let her continue
- Featured in AJ's (Kikwang of BEAST) "Dancing Shoes (MV)" and "2009"
- Featured in Mighty Mouth's "Love Class" MV.
- She did a duet with T-MAX's Park Yunhwa titled "Last Winter."
- She washes the least, according to her members.
- She likes the Pussycat Dolls, Rain, and Beyonce.
- She sleeps without shorts at night.
- She likes the song "Like the Beginning" by T-ara.

- Sohyun is the grandmother of the group.

- She likes playing Yaja Time (where the younger person speaks informally to the older and vice versa, i think) with BEAST.
- She found out she got into 4minute while at school (a CUBE rep. came to announce it)
- She was in the group Orange (2005) before she debuted, and they had one song, "Our Star."
- She thinks Han Ji Min is beautiful and Yoo Seungho is handsome.
- Her most valued Christmas present so far is a puppet.
- When 4minute's profiles first came up on the website, her profile said she weighed, 45g, hence the nickname.
- Gets called "cheeky kid" by Jiyoon.
- She likes to act foolish.
- She often fools around behind her members while they are in front of the camera.
