If this guy gets around to running in 08' I'm seriously helping that campaign. Good to see there are still a few Democrats in this country.

When I said running, I meant President. I would be very vocal in a local Russ for President meet-up.

Yah, I know. I'm just so damn proud that he's my representative. There's a progressive independent running against Kohl, and since there's no Tim Michaels action this time around, I'll probly vote for her. Exciting!

Russ is one of my heroes. Many years down the line, a lot of people will agree with me. Or as soon as Bush's hold dies down.
I say I'll commit to a lot of things politcally, but if he does run, he's got all my energy.
I found it hysterical that his opposition in the last election tried to claim Russ was "cowardly" for his vote against the Patriot Act. I don't think standing alone against 99 of your peers is cowardly at all, I think it's one of the only goddamn brave legislative moves I've seen in a long time.
