bargaining for house-prices is a pain in the ass.
it'll probably fall somewhere between 726 and 735, unless the people who made the offer are actually set on 726.
Originally you post it too high, so the people who are buying ask for a lower price that actually makes sense (and think they're getting a deal), but if they've got a decent real-estate agent it'll go somewhere in between the two.
