there is an odor in the house. it began yesterday afternoon in the kitchen. it was not over powered by multiple candles or lysol. it is not coming from the water seeping into the basement after our month of rain. it is not coming from the toilets, the fridge, or the garabage disposal. by 11 o'clock last night the smell had spread throughout

From my experience, the smell only lasts a few days. After that, the dead mouse dries up and no longer has that delicious rotting smell. :)
