Well, clearly if they seduced sailors, there must have been something to seduce them to do... o.O (Or maybe the sailors just never found out about the fish anatomy issue because the mermaids killed them first?!)

Since mermaids have belly button (I think), and have mermaid babies, I would say they have a vagina. ;)

Yes, they have breasts, which mammals (but not fishes) use, so perhaps they conceive in the mammalian way... or maybe the breasts are merely like the dangling lure on an angling fish...
