Cool off with Hibiscus Chia Fresca

I saw a twist on hibiscus tea the other (sweltering) day and just knew I had to make it. Score that I had all the ingredients on hand. The only problem was that I didn't read the directions all the way through and didn't realize it needs a night of chilling before being ready to drink. The photos you make to illustrate the creation of this lovely drink are so pretty. All the different textures and colors. I can almost smell the lavender.

Thanks. :D I took a series of pictures with a pretty, green glass bottle I found, but I didn't think the color palette conveyed the cool freshness I was going for and so redid them...and spilled a glass in the process. :P
