It is one of those days.

At lunch, I made the mistake of ripping open a bag of boiled wheat instead of reaching for a knife or digging the kitchen scissors out of the drawer.  The bag very kindly and obligingly opened, from the top alllllllll the way to the bottom in one smooth

If that had been my day, the bottom of the blender (complete with wicked bladed thingamagig) would have popped off and bit me. I'd have been grateful the red stuff was only gazpacho - yeah, that's it! Grateful! While scrubbing it all off the walls and floor and appliances and...um. Maybe not. *g*
