Just remembered a conversation I had with a friend (he draws as well) who shares a similar taste about 'male characters dressed in military uniforms'.
It can't be helped...uniforms are attractive and kind of sexy（笑）
I've dressed Hisagi in a German 2nd WW officer uniform, with insignias from the → SS Panzerdivision "Das Reich". I also included "Das eiserne Kreuz".
Hisagi is drawn as young male adult - still back in his academy days; i.e. not as a kid nor 副隊長 (fuku-taichou). The reason why I've drawn him with long black hair and only with his 「69」 tattoo.
