Oh, it's so real! I mean, I've felt this way -- both the extreme headache, but also the being sick and kind of wanting sympathy but also just wanting to sleep by yourself for days.

Poor Grissom... a wicked-bad headache AND a whack of irrational fears that prevent him from asking her to stay. He can't even manage a little relief. Very tragic indeed!
