Well I finally finished watching the 1st season of desp. housewives... I must say I liked it ... ALOT!!  I have the 1st 4 episodes of this season saved on dvr to watch.

My sister asked to borrow the first season of LOST!  I am so excited because I will have someone to talk to about it... no one at work that I know well watches it... Can you believe

I have had that happen before. I sit all the time, so my muscles get very tight, and durning my period I can someties have awful back pain. The heating pa has probably just relaxed all the muscles and is just circulating a heaveir flow. I wouldn't worry. Unless you start to feel weak/dizzy.

It makes sense, but its kinda scary knowing there's that much stuff in there... and nope no dizziness!

im in the same boat as you. huge cramping and bloating, lower back pain to the point it feels like you road a horse for 50 years... The best medicine i swear to god is smoking weed. im sorry to all of you who this offends but it does the job and it does it quick. then you are able to fall asleep so nicely as well without your back tensing up while your laying there. Trust me dude, it gest better :) also my bf rubs my belly when i have cramps that helps alot too... hopefully u got a boy to help that :)

ps - valariun root is sold at heath food stores, works like a charm, also puts you to sleep.

Hope things get better dear !!! Just think - another few years and the periods gone, and MENAPAUS sets in.

And they say men are the stronger species... pffttt :P

I think I have some valariun root in the medicine cabinet... I'm gonna have to go rummage through it...

I am looking forward to menopause!! I already get hot flashes so that won't be a new thing!!

lol wow hot flashes already? I find sometimes i get really hot then really cold. but im 19, so i doubt thats what its from haha. that sucks you cant go get weed from your son, rummage through his sock drawr ;) kidding. I wish u loved close id definitly share my medicine :)

the valarium root we just crushed up and put into empty capsils we got at the drug store - how did you take it?

it's the highly processed, probably low effectiveness capsules...

yep hot flashes already... been having them for years....
