gluten in noodles and soy

Hi, I've been reading a while now, but have to ask - what kind of noodles are those? most noodles aren't gluten free. I"m assuming you're using gluten free tamari, right? As all soysauce and most tamari contains wheat.

The noodles are rice noodles and are marked specifically GF. And yes to the GF tamari too. :)
