When I went to Taiwan & I had to travel from Kaoshiong to Taipei I bought a bento & I had it on the bus! :D eeee that bento was FULLL of food!. It had like food for 2 days for me XD XD

what my mom does is slice two slices on the side of the pit (with skin on), then you slice horizontally and vertically on the side (depending how big you want it). lastly, you pull/invert the skin off and little cubes of mangoes will come out!

that was a lot harder to explain than it is to do it. oh well!
