and the curry sounds really delicious too. :) i'm always worried about liquid things leaking though... how do you combat that? hehe.

Nori tongue -- it is two pieces!

Leaking -- I add a little layer of that crazy Glad stuff that looks like wax paper, but creates a seal when you press down on it. I just cut a circle to fit, seal, then put the lid on. I still wouldn't turn the box upside down or anything. :P
