Brittany was bright and happy that morning, so when she was walking the halls and encountered someone she was fairly sure she had never seen before, it only seemed right to help him out. It wasn't like McKinley was the easiest place to navigate. Besides, she had Cheerios immunity, so they wouldn't give her those death glares of anyone else who talked to a new kid.

"Hello!" she announced, bright and smiling. "Can I help you?"

Chris turned around in suprise at the sudden voice, having had his back turned to the girl at the time. It took a few seconds for the suprise to wear off and for what she said to sink in, but when it did, a smile slowly slipped over his face, the edges of his white teeth showing, looking genuiley relieved and grateful that she had come along
