we have a new landlord who is trying to evict us because my boyfriends name isn't on the lease...despite the fact that the previous owner said he will testify that he knew jimmi was here and didn't care.... they are trying to get everyone out...one apt is vacant....one girl is moving cause she got a notice...they are tearing out all of my neighbors landscaping and raised his rent...they want us OUT because there is a bunch of EXPENSIVE stuff going up and they can't raise rent unless everyones out and they tear down the place...UGH
