Pretty sure I'm the last person I know who hasn't seen the new Sherlock Holmes movie yet. :( Being poor and unemployed kinda sucks.

I haven't! I also haven't seen any other movies that came out this year...

While it's not exactly the same, I can sympathize. Having three part-time jobs and no benefits isn't much fun, either. :/

I saw three movies. Cars 2, Kung Fu Panda 2, and HP7.2. The first two are cartoons AND I saw them at the $2 theatre, so that barely counts. I really wanted to see Sherlock Holmes: Game of Shadows, and J. Edgar, but seriously, I don't have a spare $7.50 even for the movie ticket. It makes me very sad.

I lied, actually. I just remembered that I saw Another Earth with my mom, but she paid so I guess it doesn't really count. Meh. Around here, unless you go to a matinee you're paying $9, $10, or even $11 per movie. That's crazy. I can't do that, not when it could be going to health insurance or public transit to get to work or savings for when I can stop living with my parents.

I'm not sure how other people afford such things.
