Thiiiis. Also, if Gallifrey is such a huge honking planet, is it made of something way less dense? Or is its gravity just so much greater that Time Lords get to Earth and are like BOUNCY BOUNCY BOUNCY until they get used to it? (That could explain... a lot, actually.)

Also, if Gallifrey is really four times the size of Earth, aren't we... getting into gas-giant territory? I mean most exoplanets discovered are several orders of magnitude bigger than Earth. Gas giants or super huge planets orbiting way too close to the sun to be habitable. So is the whole planet habitable with an atmosphere? Or do the Time Lords live in a giant domed city because they can't actually live with the atmosophere (or lack thereof) on Gallifrey ( ... )
