Man, I just watched 3 hours of Firefly on DVD with my sister and Steven. I am hooked. That show is amazing. It's extremely suspenseful, but funny at the same time. It's like a space western. Also, (this is for Debbie, who will remember this), it has a girl on it who played the character from Saturn on the old Nickelodeon show Space CasesAt any rate ( Read more... )

how did you know i loved space cases? that was one of my favorite shows back in the day! oh man, character from saturn...was it rosie? or catalina? or perhaps susie? oh man...thanks for the shout out!

I think she plays Catalina (this is according to my sister, who was the one who figured it out in the first place).

my gentleman caller and i are both addicted to _firefly_. holy crap, it's such a gooooooood show. and it really only gets better as the episodes go along.

I went and saw Serenity because my sister and I are big Joss Whedon fans because he was the creator of Buffy, and now I'm addicted. The first episode, the one that's like 90 minutes long, is freakin' awesome!

You can find the DVDs at the University and Rural Hollywood Video or the Alma School and Main one. It's a hike, but it's worth it.
