I have had two credits cards have trans action on them that I did not do and I was lucky I didn't have to pay for them. I had charges from overseas and another year were phone orders. The only thing that came to mind was that I used the same parking meter machine two years in a row in Ocean City MD because the charges came up after that. I tried to contact the city about it and never got a answer.
