I can't imagine oranges and mushrooms together.

The salad is mostly lettuce, but with mushrooms, orange segments,and toasted chopped walnuts mixed in. It's a great mix!

Are the mushrooms raw? Or marinated and cooked?

Marinated in freshly squeezed orange juice, but raw.
