Whatever happened to Brad?

Seriously. So he was on holiday when the LJ drama exploded a couple of weeks ago, he should be back by now, right? I mean, that Barak guy said he'd have a lot of explaining to do when Brad got back. He's really still on holiday? Or was that just another lie to add to all the others?

And if you're wondering now, too, why not post something similar on your LJ. I'm seriously tempted to shell out the $150 to pay for a permanent account, but LJ still hasn't earned back my trust after this recent debacle, and this, I would like an answer to.

You missed the thing where they deleted all accounts that listed things like "rape" and "incest" in the interests [including journals of rape survivors, for example], refused to explain why, insisted those accounts were gone forever, told the mass media three days before they mentioned it to the LJ community, finally reinstated some accounts but won't clarify their policies beyond saying they're "working on making it clear what sort of accounts SixApart is 'unwilling or legally unable' to host."
