For those in the UK who enjoyed playing Golden Heroes (I know at least one of you is running a game right now), the mythical "Squadron UK", an update of the original rules, has finally been released! Yeah, you were the one I was thinking of. It's tough when your life feels in flux to make that sort of commitment. I did mention to my mum to keep her eyes and ears open, but I've not heard of anything - of course, it's unlikely she'd really hear much that was in your immediate range being in Dundee as it is.

But I wouldn't be nervous about running a game in your place. I think the little GMing I've seen you do would indicate you'll be pretty good at it. Better than me, certainly (and I'm considering running something, so...). The problem with having been involved in so many games at OFGUGS is that we know what I suspect some of the best GMing on the planet looks like, so our standards are just a little bit higher than perhaps they ought to be.
