I just discovered Mark Thomas has both a CD out, and an upcoming book. Unsurprisingly, these aren't available in the US. Now, I need to figure out if I want to take my life in my hands and buy from the UK

As B says, I'll probably order it in a couple of months myself. It's just frustrating not to be able to get it domestically.
