Okay…things are bleak, bleak, bleak. The planet is a wasteland. The 13th Tribe is not what they expected. And the parentals are falling apart. Things are a mess.
Great recap! Definitely bleak, but I thought overall the episode was quite well done. In the initial watches it was painful to see Lee and Dee have interactions that were of a more intimate nature than we had seen in quite some time. Your explanation of trying to find some sort of familiarity in the madness makes sense. Having not been spoiled on Dee or the fifth, it seemed to me that the episode was a setup to have Dee be the fifth. I guess I should have known that would be too obvious.

I think the Lee/Dee stuff was handled better in this episode than at any time previously...which is sorta sad. Not that I'm a fan, cause yeah...so not. *LOL*
