need a bit of help

So a local store was having a massive sale and there were a bunch of cheap ponies there. I thought that was great because I was having trouble finding custom bait and there were heaps of them there.

Problem is I'm having serious trouble getting their heads off, so if anyone has any idea's how to get the ponies head off I'd love some advice.

I just recently asked this question in the MLP Arena, actually, though I was asking about taking the heads off G1 ponies. :) The advise that was given to me is in the following link:

I'm not sure if this will help at all, since the G3.5 ponies are made differently, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to at least mention it. :)

Have you tried using an exacto blade to just cut it off? Unless you're against having to glue it back on ._.

I can't help but wonder-- why would you want their heads off in the first place?
