It sounds like you wouldn't enjoy The Food Gange as much as you would Tantra. And I'm not sure how much faith I have in aphrodisiac foods anyway ;) I say Tantra.

I hope you do enjoy the trip as much as humanly possible!

LOL!!! I typed The Food Gong originally and had to fix it!

Yes, I think Tantra is the way to go. I checked and there are no Top Chef Chicago Cheftestants from Miami (but one from Fort Lauderdale, which is too far for a late dinner). So Tantra it probably is. Yum! I read the menus and the food looks incredible. Plus there is fresh cut grass on the floor, among other things.

Oh, and thank you! I think I am starting to find things about it I will enjoy. A is checking to see if they have DVD players on board. If not I may buy a portable and take some movies to watch as well as books to read. Anything to do will help with 5 days on a ship and no stops and nothing to do! A seems to think all 40 of us will want to watch the ship's crew for 5 days straight, but ... no.

Oh, absolutely, food shopping on an empty stomach is never a good idea. All of a sudden, the teetering stacks of refined carbs start looking awfully good!

So true! Walking by the baked goods aisle was painful! I swear the bad food starts talking when you're really hungry.
