As from Carmen seeming rather bitter (she snapped when they brought up the design that sent her home) the only real thing of interest was that CHRISTIAN won the fan favorite by a landslide.

Stunned everyone on Sucks. Our consensus was on Chris.

Whoa! I am stunned myself. I kind of expect him to win next week but I really thought Chris would win the fan favorite, as well. And I was around when they asked the designers who they thought would win, and it seemed like most of the designers thought it would be Chris. How did they react after the announcement?

I also kind of understand Christian winning -- he's the most upfront and honest about who he is, I think (well, he and Chris are possibly tied for that) and his clothes have almost always been really interesting. But I could tell a lot of forum posters had become a little tired of his "biting" commentary and that I really did think that made Chris a shoe-in for the prize.

Yeah. There's just something that feels...off about Christian winning.

I suspect he had friends with power-dialing helping him out, because I can't think of anything else to explain it.

Christian is talented, but he's also an egotistical, arrogant and catty little bitch.

Off as in not on the up and up or off as in just strange? I wouldn't be surprised if he did have a phone bank set up. More and more reality TV contestants seem aware that they can get ahead by doing such things. I'm thinking mainly of the phone banks I've heard of for SYTYCD and Idol, but I'm sure it happens for other shows, as well.

He is definitely all of the above. It was cute at first, and then it started to grate on people, me included. That's the main thing that made me surprised. The voting took place near the end of the season, after people who used to love him on TWoP were starting to post how much they were over him.
