[update] 30 reasons why noey should not be stuck in traffic for an hour and a half;

This has been something of an unofficial project of mine, because up until today (or, last night, if you want to be technial about it), I only had about five fully conceptualized.

Some of you may recall the original variation of a number of these from this old post back in January 2009. Consider this an upgrade and then some. Enjoy :)
