I trust by the time you read this, you are feeling better. Antibiotics and fruit juice should do you nicely. Best if juice is fresh-made, but if there's no juicer in the house, maybe the fruit will do just as well - anything in season that you like. :)

Thanks Tita Cindy, not quite well yet. Have been doing lots of water therapy and have been grabbing fresh juice where I can.
