Hope Kam feels better soon. If you guys go to the Book Fair tomorrow I might see you there -- will be attending the launch of my cousin Mookie Katigbak's first collection of poetry, "The Proxy Eros," from Anvil Publishing. :) Around 3 or 4 PM I think (meaning, it's scheduled to start at 3 but will probly really begin around 4, at least accdg to Mookie). I'll also be panelist for the freelance writing discussions on Sunday and Monday. :)
Hmm, a question. Of all your creative pursuits, is there one you value/enjoy more than the others? :)
I'll text you if we show up. ^^ And I'll pass the message onto Kam. I've been hearing lots of good stuff about your cousin's poetry. :) I should buy a copy.
I try to tell myself that I value them equally, but that's not really being honest to myself. I enjoy all my creative pursuits, all in equal measure. But out of all of them, I think I value my music the most in the sense that I'm the most reluctant to treat it carelessly. You probably knew that tho. =X
(I shall consider this as your response to the meme, heh and hence...)
If you were given the opportunity to pick one thing from here and now to guarantee that it would remain preserved for the next three hundred years, what would it be?
Argh, tough one! My instant answer would have been "the total accumulated body of human knowledge so far, arts and sciences and everything," but that's just cheating, and against the spirit of the question, besides. ;p

IMMORTAL HAMSTERZ. <3 Why not? But I liked your answer. V telling. :)
And its not that they're trivial. I find that when people ask to name just one, we start making heirarchies in terms of value. It's not that the ones discarded hold less value, it's just that other things we normally don't think about poke their heads out and say "ME!".
Moving on... happiest childhood memory... hm. Can't pin down to one, but I think it can be summed up in the time I conned my younger brother into helping me turn my parents' floor into an "ice skating rink".
Noey; I want to go ice skating. Nate; But we don't have ice or snow. Noey; We can make snow? *peers up at Mom's dresser*
"How to make your own Ice Rink" Recipe: 1 long length of floor, hardboard 1 big bottle of Johnson's Baby Powder 2 pairs of socks, for myself and NateWe got into so much trouble. XD But it was fun. My imagination ran wilder then. I sometimes wonder where all the crazy went
