Idiot statists and bearers of the authoritarianism disease want to regulate Craigslist because of an idiot who picked up a woman from Craigslist and murdered her. After all, no-one wants to say that this guy is a, I dunno, murderer and responsible for his own activities, not an Internet website where he met people. This is sort of like saying

It's the Nanny State thing, and it's getting out of hand. People need to realise that the world is a dangerous place, and sometimes bad stuff happens. No amount of regulation can stop bad stuff from happening. You can't legislate to make the world safe.
