So, who is supposed to be getting you access? That place sounds like a perfect example of "be careful what you wish for".

Well, right now, one of the net admin can get into the system. Said net admin is in training and not in the office. The net admin left behind couldn't get in either and could duplicate my problem.

Well hopefully said net admin can relay that info to the big boss that this problem is out of your control. As for the person you are replacing... did she really ever want to be there?

I have no idea. She worked at the call center for ten years and took over these duties for whatever reason.

Thanks for the wash-up tips. I need to also avoid cranky old ladies who don't understand that the faucet at the beach is for washing off your feet, and that flip flops are meant to get wet.
